Valeria D., now HR Intern at Cinecittà World

Valeria D., from the Rome Business School Executive Master in Gestione delle Risorse Umane, shares with his colleagues her experience with RBS and her personal advice to other students:

I graduated in Law at the Sapienza University of Rome. Since the beginning I started the legal profession path, through an internship at a law firm during which I mainly dealt with labor law. My decision to change course has matured gradually. I started to get interested in the world of human resources and I was immediately attracted to it. The choice to attend the Master in Human Resources Management was dictated precisely by the desire to acquire the skills and competences necessary to become part of the HR world.”

My path at RBS has just begun, I expect to acquire the necessary skills to be able to accelerate my career in the HR field. The RBS offers courses characterized by a strong practical approach, aiming to make the lessons as interactive as possible. This has been fundamental element that determined my choice to start the RBS Master. I wanted to give a more practical imprint to my training, in sharp contrast to university studies characterized by a lot of theory and very little practice. “

I would like to focus on my professional growth trying to develop new skills and knowledge in the HR sector. I would like to learn as much as possible from the ongoing internship experience.”

My advice to the other students? The most important thing in my opinion is to be determined. I think it is essential to have a goal to aim for and work for, without letting yourself be overwhelmed by the obstacles that will inevitably be encountered along the way.”

Stephany Y., now HR Research at Odgers Berndtson

Stephany Y., from the Master in Human Resources Management gave a beautiful testimony of her learning path.

What stood out to me, where the company visits where you could get in touch with managers and professionals from national and international companies, as well as the variety of job opportunities of our internal job board.
