Communicating more effectively with one's interlocutors, recognising their communication style as well as our own, to conduct negotiations and meetings, and to enter into synergy with even the most 'difficult' ones.

COURSE OVERVIEW

Self-awareness and communication style of their interlocutors or its customers is key to have working relationships that can convey, and not hinder, personal and business success. Communicate more effectively with your interlocutors, recognizing their style of communication and ours, to conduct negotiations and meetings and to get in synergy with even the most ‘difficult’.

This course is aimed at professionals and not, and to those who want to improve their communication skills in the corporate or even private world.

The qualification must be at least secondary school level

Course Description

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to demonstrate that they have acquired the following knowledge and skills:

  • encourage a form of mindset that ‘opens’ to the recognition of different ways of communicating
  • to accompany participants to observe their own and others’ communicative effectiveness and then apply it to each of the phases of the counselling or interaction process
  • build strategies aimed at improving relationships with customers or interlocutors and achieving of objectives

Exercises that allow participants to get in tune with the different styles. Implementation of a strategy and action plan aimed at improving relations with stakeholders and achieving objectives.

Exercises

The course enables the candidate to understand the PMI® standard. During the course, exercises will be held in the real or virtual classroom to facilitate and consolidate learning of the topics covered. There will also be exercises in quiz mode to accustom participants to the examination questions.

At the end of the course, there will be a final exam quiz imulation (180 questions in 230 minutes) and a collective correction of the quiz in order to understand mistakes and rectify doubts.
