Any business idea must be developed and needs proper implementation and control. It becomes therefore of fundamental importance to identify the drivers of the value that will allow the entrepreneurial idea to transform itself in a concrete opportunity of business. The process is articulated through the planning of the project taking into account the endogenous and exogenous variables that impact on the reference market and on the economic feasibility. The course is, therefore, focused on the analysis of the techniques of writing a business plan and the management of a project. Particular focus will be dedicated to project management, the identification of objectives, quality standards and the path that leads to the realization of the project respecting time frames and external constraints.
The course is addressed to all those who, for professional reasons, are involved in the development of an entrepreneurial idea. Startupper, freelancers or entrepreneurs can, through the course, optimize or give life to their business project.
The qualification must be at least secondary school level
The course, starting from the analysis of business stakeholders and consumer needs, reviews the fundamental blocks of the business idea. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the Canvas Business Model and the relationships that link the different variables. At the same time, the techniques of planning and monitoring the objectives, timing and constraints of the project will be illustrated. The course aims to provide the necessary tools and skills to develop and implement a project, taking into account the reference economic context and the impact that the impact of the various corporate stakeholders can have on the feasibility and resilience of the project.
The course is developed following a “learning by doing” and Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) approach. Through the analysis of successful business ideas and famous cases of failure, the strengths and weaknesses of individual business projects will be enhanced. Practical exercises will allow to contextualize and develop, through a step by step approach, all the phases of the path that leads to the concrete realization of an entrepreneurial idea. Finally, the risk analysis will make it possible to verify the overall stability of the project.
