With the goal of training Better Managers for a Better World, we created the Rome Business School Corporate Advisory Board, which fully embodies this spirit. The CAB allows us to have an impact on three different aspects of our students’ lives, on the one hand, the opportunity to have an exchange of ideas, and opinions and learn about emerging trends for each of the business sectors in which our Master are placed with managers of international caliber and operating in leading multinationals. Not only that, the members of the CAB also through workshops cycles with RBS Faculty and Staff, support us in improving day by day our educational offerings, in terms of content and applied methodologies, providing students with excellent training that gives acceleration their professional careers.
On the other hand, with the CAB we give the opportunity to create moments for managers and our students to meet and exchange directly with each other, so that they themselves come into contact with multinationals and managers, learning directly from them and creating a network of knowledge that is indispensable for their professional future.
Finally, thanks to the CAB we collect all the needs of each company in terms of recruiting and key profiles, so as to facilitate matching between job supply and demand.
Every process of improvement is challenging, lengthy and constantly evolving, which is why we believe it is essential to surround ourselves not only with the best students, but also with leading national and international management figures.
Members of the CAB offer crucial insights on new trends and job market demands. For this reason they are able to accompany the School in its continuous quality improvement and innovation in managerial training. By offering a training offer in line with the emerging trends and needs of the market, Rome Business School is able to strengthen its practical commitment to shaping Better Managers.
Companies that are part of the Corporate Advisory Board collaborate frequently with the Career Service area in order to have a strong impact on the career path of our students. It is extremely important that students understand how companies are structured internally and how to approach them. For this reason, the Career Service monthly organizes company meetings, in order to be able to connect students with representatives from different working realities. One of the main reasons why students decide to enroll in the Masters is to improve their employability. For this reason, Career Service daily collaborates with CAB members’ companies in order to share students’ profiles who meet their needs.
The CAB has a major impact on the composition of the Rome Business School’s Faculty. The CAB members are all high-level professionals with knowledge and experience to share with our students. Therefore, 15 board managers have been involved in didactic activities, such as teaching in some modules of our Masters. In addition, three managers and great experts in their field have become directors of three RBS programs, planning together the contents of the Master, creating the team of teachers and the value of the students' educational path.
