The Rome Business School is delighted to announce that it will be present, as TEDxRoma Community Member, at the new edition of TEDx Roma, which will take place on May 26th 2018, from 10am to 12pm, at the “La Nuvola” Roma Convention Centre, located in Viale Asia 40, Rome.
The theme of this year’s event is Esperanto, a language of equality, neutrality, and justice through which enables the visualisation of a united humanity. Esperanto represents a dialogue between modernity and tradition for those free and liberal individuals who seek progress and independence.
The platforms through which this message of global communication and growth can be shared are technology, art, economy, and politics; are we sure, however, that their use is coherent with the aim for which they had been thought up? Can these platforms truly be neutral, and thus function as virtual bridges through which the complexity of the world in which we live can be connected, acknowledging its differences and transforming them into opportunities for all?
During the event, in-depth considerations on the theme will be presented by international speakers such as Cameron Brown, Sumit Jamuar, and Jonnie Penn, who will provide food for thought, appraisals, and ideas pertaining to a topic that is of absolute relevance for the multicultural society in which we live.
The Rome Business School is therefore pleased to contribute as a TEDxRoma Community Member to the organisation of this international initiative, providing its students with a unique source of both professional development and personal inspiration.
