Rome Business School today launches the third edition of the Online Career Fair to connect students and companies from all over the world. With 726 participating students, 75% of whom come from abroad, 63 international companies from Europe, the Americas, the Middle East (+40% compared to the 2022 edition), the Online Career Fair is the most international online job fair organized from a Business School in Italy to today .
In the 2023 edition, the students of the 56 Rome Business School Masters meet giants from the tech, automotive, luxury, finance, media, culture and NGO sectors . Among these: Microsoft, Cisco, Tesla, Renault Group, Lui Jo , Moncler , Deloitte, PwC, Amex , Grupo Planeta, Gedi , Peggy Guggenheim, Doctors Without Borders.
The two-day fair offers young students exclusive meetings, individual interviews, company meetings and round tables. The objective is to establish professional connections, network, obtain career advice, job proposals, ideas on new trends and all the business news in the different sectors from HR of top player companies in the world. In particular, the roundtables in Diversity & Inclusion and AI, carried out by 10 companies including Deloitte, Amex , Microsoft and PwC , will allow us to delve deeper into key topics that profoundly influence the corporate world and beyond.
In 2023, 113 companies participated in the two recruitment fairs organized by Rome Business School, one online and one on campus. Rome Business School thus reconfirms its strong link with companies and is among the leading business schools in employability in Italy :

The Career Fair is just one of the many initiatives activated by the Rome Business School Career Center , which aim to create a personalized professional growth path for each student so that each can achieve their career goals. The innovations lie in a highly personalized path: the Career Starter, dedicated to those who want to excel in their first work experiences; the Career Mover , for students looking for an international job ; the Career Advancer for those who want to grow vertically ; and the Career Propeller dedicated to MBA students, to climb the world of entrepreneurship or pursue vertical career progression. These initiatives have led to 82.3% of students improving their skills in finding new job opportunities in 2022 and 86.2% now holding a job role of greater responsibility ( Employment Report 2023 data ).

During the last academic year, RBS students held 2311 interviews and attended over 100 dynamic activities such as workshops, webinars and company meetings that bring them closer to companies: 75.3% of students took advantage of the network of contacts offered by Rome Business School. To date, there are 1047 partner companies of Rome Business School, with which students develop a close relationship thanks to activities such as Business Practice Lab, Company shadowing , Company meetings, Guest Lectures , Capstone Project Challenge and Virtual Coffee with CEOs . All these initiatives contribute to 45% of students finding work before the end of the Master’s degree and 72% obtaining a salary increase . Getting to know these companies closely is also a source of inspiration for many young people who choose to start their own business: 31.8% of students are now entrepreneurs , also thanks to RBS4Entrepreneurship , the Rome Business School business incubator which since its launch in 2021 it incubated over 150 projects.
