Rome Business School’s latest Company Visit was all about change! Our students from the Masters in International Human Resources Management and Marketing & Communications had the unvaluable opportunity to visit the headquarters of Enel, world renowned multinational energy company.
Escorted by the Program Director of the Human Resources Master, Natasha Valentine, the students not only explored the main facility of the company, but also learned everything about Agile Management, a working model whose popularity has been dramatically growing in the latest years, aimed at facilitating change, transition and transformation in companies and business contexts, and how this model is effectively applied by Enel itself.
Enel Group, established in 1962, is an italian multinational energy company leader in the field of electricity generation and distribution, as well as in the distribution of natural gas. The company is the 84th largest one in the whole world by revenue, and Europe’s largest integrated utility by capitalisation.
